This is one of my all time favorites, both as a vocalist and a pianist. The walking bass really adds a nice touch in this version.

There was a friend of mine who died recently while driving his car, just before it crashed. He had re-contacted me after several years. I had sent him a link to your RU-vid site and he really loved your playing. He was 74 when he crashed a few weeks ago, and I used to go to a jazz club with him when I was 18. I'm now 71. I've always loved Fats Waller, and I cannot believe how good you are.

Thankyou so much Paolo and Steph for coming to England in July-I was lucky enough to meet you both at The Botany Bay Jazz club; everyone was totally enthralled with your playing. The CD I bought is such good quality that it sounds as if the piano is actually in my car!

After seeing and hearing you do Bach Up to Me (on RU-vid) at "Sue Keller's 5th Annual Ragtime Piano Concert at the Harald Viking Lodge Concert in Tinley Park, IL" I was hooked and have been listening ever since. You rule!

Steph, I watched you playing Harlem Strut (wearing black dress) I was fascinated, your fingers seem to be attached to your brain by Wi-Fi. I've always loved stride piano, and I love the fact that you pursue it. I've downloaded a lot of your clips onto a disc, and my mum-in-law (in Melbourne 200Km away) who has dementia has seen it and loved it. My wife looks after her week about, and her sister badly wants that disc with you on it (she does the alternate week).
