15 HC interviews with 14 different teams and wasn’t hired. Other POC has gotten HC jobs. There’s a common denominator and it doesn’t involve skin color.

same with the whole RG3 thing vs Cousins like people were discriminating against a black QB, and how many black people thought RG3 was so much better than Cousins who hadnt proven himself yet. In Bienemy's case his problem was twofold. He threw the ball way too much for most people's tastes and he was not a players coach. The players approached Rivera numerous times voicing their concerns about the way Bienemy speaks to them. i also feel it's the same race card abuse with Kaepernick. he's not that good and he could've easily had been on a team to prove otherwise if he didn't sabotage his own opportunities. he acted as tho every team should be bending over backwards to get him race carding social media against the owners all the while doing his best not to sign with a team to have to back it. he didnt go to try outs, he expected try outs to come to him. and even when the few of them fly out he pulls some stunt of moving his workout and then blaming the nfl teams.

Have you read the reports or just speaking from your feelings. The players never responded to him or his coaching. So when you say commanders do you means the players , management or coaches. Maybe all of the above .

He alienated the other offensive coaches and had bad gameplans. You can talk about tough coaching but all the players care about is are they getting better and is it translating, clearly it was not

You don't think given the NFL and it's history it wasnt ever any racial undertones there when it came to Eric B? He was undermined from jump because the perceived notion was that Andy Reid was calling plays and his success only attributed to having Pat as his QB. Other coordinators in similar situations got opportunities. Only Eric B had to take a job with way less talent on the roster to basically prove he could play call. It failed and now of course we can say it's him (no argument there) however the point was he wasn't given at least an interview or opportunity at HC based on his success at KC. He had to go prove it elsewhere when again others at his success level got opportunities and were not even play callers.

@@paulmcwhite5388 EB interviewed for head coach over a dozen times, and all those teams said, "I'll pass". He's had so many chances, but he clearly can't answer the questions that teams pose to him in the interview process well...that's on him.
