I would say teams who have winning cultures are teams who are title contenders every year and have at least won some kind of conference championship. So yeah the list in every league is gonna be really small. Baseball-Astros, Braves, Dodgers, and maybe the Rangers. Too early to tell on the Rangers. Basketball-Nuggets, Celtics, Bucks, and the Heat. Football-Chiefs, Bengals, 49ers, Rams, and maybe the Eagles. Eagles might fall off the list depending on how this year goes. Hockey- I dont know. Lightning i guess? I dont watch Hockey that much.
