It happened to Superbowl caliber coaches like Andy Reid, Doug Pederson, Tony Dungy, Frank Reich, and Mike Shanahan, to name a few. So of course it can happen to Daboll because how the personnel is payed and how they play are part of his job description. Molly just needs to read the questions and take us to commercials!

If I were the giants, I’d have to understand that my quarterback and my coach have to get things right, against defenses, so we don’t turn it over, and offense so at least we have a chance. I’d say the assoc. of the football teams is 7/10 odds for winning usually based on skilled players like tyreek hurts mahomes, etc, also team chemistry, and coaching to the weaknesses instead of expecting players to know everything and see everything other than what’s coming their way….

I don't think it has anything with inclusion and qualifications. To me, it was more of her chiming in as a Giants fan rather than a moderator. But you're going to have that with people who 1) never played and are fans of a team they grew up with or 2) an athlete turned analyst that may have spent most of their time on 1 or 2 teams where they feel they have some loyalty or had a bad experience playing under that organization.

This is exactly why I created the philosophical question: "If a man gives his opinion and no woman hears him, is he still wrong?" A lot of women who work in male dominated fields develop a male ego. The problem with that is their male ego becomes toxic when they get angry because other men don't respect or agree with their opinion. REAL men understand there is a point in a disagreement where men go to their neutral corners and let the fight end. Masculine women don't know how to let it end. They have to get the last word and they are not satisfied unless the man specifically agrees or states that she was right.

Same thing happened with Henry and Tannehill when they clearly should've tagged Tannehill to see how he did with another year. It wasn't like he was going to get pissed and find another team - he was lucky to have a starting job. But I don't know if I missed something, but I don't know in what way Daboll vouched for Daniel Jones. He was their guy to begin with - and the management probably asked him if he felt he could win with Jones, and what could he say if that was the case? Jones was the guy who they wanted to be their next Eli. I have a feeling it was implied that he was part of the deal. But if the coach was pushing for the extension, I don't see any reason why the higherups wouldn't blame him for Jones playing like garbage.

The job of a moderator is to remain neutral, and help keep the flow of the conversation moving. These women disrupt the flow by constantly interrupting and derailing conversations by making themselves the center of attention. It's no coincidence that ESPN's rating have gone down since they started relying heavily on these women who really don't have anything to offer sports fans.
