I'm not going lie...the LeBron / Cavs bandwagon is just as bad as the Warriors / Curry bandwagon Why can't y'all just appreciate greatness? They are both great players.
Lemme get this straight... 2x MVP Scoring champ Nba champ 402 threes in a season Just quietly broke the record for most 3s in the finals Averaged 26 and 6 in last year finals when he didn't "show up" Averaged 22.5 points a game this finals while being banged up after those 2 injuries in the playoffs and then fighting back against okc to get to Finals and this guy is "overrated" yeah right
Curry never lacks motivation, I don't wanna find excuses, but his efficiency drops drastically against big guy under one on one situation. You just cannot ignore how much his leg injury affects his quickness and agility. He did not perform a MVP level during finals, but I think a healthy Curry will undoubtedly prove the haters wrong next season.
He doesn't deserve to be a 2x MVP, James Harden definitely deserved it over Steph that year, His only ring was off of Kyrie & Kevin Love not being in the Finals, Then with Kyrie & Kevin in the Finals a year later.., you know the story, They choked a 3-1 lead in the Finals, Steph is easily to blame for that for not showing up nearly the whole series, & Don't give me that injured shit, he was not injured he just did not show up lmao. & He's also a shit defender. People say he's overrated bcs dick riders like you claim him to be the greatest player ever, in that case, he is overrated. Tho Steph is a great player, but in no way is he anywhere near the greatest or even better than LeBron.
I dont understand the curry hate im not a warriors fan but what steph did this season was great why cant we just appreciate what he did and leave it at that.
You blame curry for his fans? He doesn't choose his fans lol and he had a bad finals but he never really had consistent rythen back after missing 2 weeks it's hard to preform on the highest stage consistently like that he wasn't dominant in the finals but he shouldn't be hated.
+Devout Tim Duncan Fan Account but you acting like Draymond was yal unanimous mvp. Also you guys were home in game 5 and had to other chances to close out the series so still no excuse for yal. Also Draymond was back the last two games and obviously it didn't matter in the end.
+Devout Tim Duncan Fan Account idc what you're account name is. I'm responding to you who is taking up for the warriors losing the finals. Obviously you are a fan of theirs since you are here watching steph's highlights right. Ain't nothing wrong with that but I'm just saying what I feel.
The Warriors had plenty of chances. Curry wasn't doing shit game 7 and had terrible turnovers the 4th quarter along with taking terrible shots. maybe in the regular season it's cool to take bad shots but it's a whole other ball game during the finals.
+some one Both of y'all get Ls for just believing that's going to happen. What y'all think Bron got to say about that? Bron been to 5 more finals in a row than Curry has even won.
+Logan Truett Bron plays in the east where honestly it's not a chance for anyone to stop his team. I am not a fan of kd going to the warriors but that makes it so much harder for any team to knock gsw off so they will both be back. Golden state will probably win next year
+some one If they DON'T win. Then I will be surprised. But There is no way they are winning the next 5 chips that is just disrespectful to LeBron and Kyrie. I mean, the best regular season team in NBA history (Could argue that they are better than the 95-96 Bulls, I don't think so but you can) just lost from being up 3-1in the Finals. They had to go get a top 3 player in the world in KD to join the superteam just to try and beat LeBron.BTW NOBODY gave the Cavs a chance after that but guess what, don't underestimate the king.
Curry is the 3rd best player 2016/2017 and i won't be surprised if he win 3 time MVP, Golden state will still be the team to beat even tho cavs won the title, it's going to be a good season god bless you all basketball fans!
yall dumb af we not haters he's just ass in the finals when it comes down to lebron trust me I'm a derrick rose fan he's stopped us 6 times in the players if anything yall the haters at the end of the day lebron is just the better player look at the stats. step curry is a great player but lebron is 50 times better
Alec Haman lol his ball handling is amazing and he is an excellent passer, I could say without dunks lebron would be shit but it wouldn't be true idiot
I'm a clippers fan... I don't like the Warriors. But I feel like so many people want to be actual fans.. But all the little kid bandwagons ruin it for everyone😂
well yeah he carries gs in regular season & loses his energy in the playoffs, similar to lebron in 2011, 2013, steph needs to start not trying in the regular season & save his energy for the playoffs like lebron has done the last 2 years
Huey Freeman fresh my ass when you avv 30-5-7 you are not gonna be "fresh for the playoffs", when you fuck up your ankle & your knee in the 1st round you're not gonna be "fresh" & when you top it off by fucking up your elbow & needing a pain killer shot for it in game 7 of the finals you are not "fresh"
Lol @ people who say Kyrie>Steph because of the finals. If one finals determines how good a player is than I guess that Jason Terry was the best player in the world in the 2011 finals after he outplayed LeBron off the BENCH.
I'm a LBJ fan but i will admit curry is the best shooter and possibly all time top 5 pg with combination of his shooting, crazy ball handling ,flashy pasing and great court vision. He is a very very dangerous man on the court. Damn!
God damnit people. He's a great player, had an amazing season, had a lot of highlights. Don't dislike GD's video because you don't like Curry. He doesn't deserve this
Even you get hated nothing can stop you just because they tell you that you suck, You can change anything and theres still time to do your thing and your dreams dont give up ever, Steph Curry gets alot of hate and love but all the hate doesnt stop you. Their just running their mouths saying you suck and they never notice that a kid they bullied at school is in the nba and Hate will never ever stop you, Have a nice day😀 dont let it stop you
There is honestly more haters than golden state fans. Dont bring in that "golden state fans make me not want to" when you NEED TO LOOK AT THE COMMENTS. Aint no GSW fans holding you back cuh! Be mature!
+Kobe Bryant isn't it kobrick cuz he never shot 50 percent for a season in his career has the most missed shots ever chocked a 3-1 lead like curry lol curry and Kobe have a lot of chocking in common
Maybe you should actually watch these videos. There's dozens of clips of him finishing at the rim and hitting circus shots. He's one of the best finishers at the rim in the league.
The people who aren't the biggest fans of Curry (myself included) aren't that way bc they don't appreciate how GOOD he is. This guy's a legend, easily the greatest shooter the game of basketball has ever seen. People dislike Curry bc contrary to what it LOOKS like (off court shenanigans with his perfect family, cutesy mannerisms, etc.), he actually is QUITE a cocky guy. And I mean OVERTLY cocky. There's a difference between being confident and just being arrogant. If you're going to raise your fingers during game 6 against OKC indicating there's going to be a game 7 EVEN before the game isn't definitively over yet, then at LEAST win it all. But karma came around and he fucked a 3-1 lead against the ACTUAL greatest player on earth. Lebron gets fired up, but there's a DEFINITE difference in how he exudes his confidence in comparison to Steph Curry. And the dude's been dominant for 13 years +. Curry's been dominant for 2 years. Relax.
Say it what you want. He still gonna be a future hall of fame. He still gonna be the greatest shooter ever. And warriors still gonna be great for a least another 5 year. So good luck with that.
You know that when he retires, all the same people that are currently saying "trash" will be saying "he was such a great player" when that time actually comes
All In All, He Choked This Finals... There Was Players Hurt Just As Cavs Had Players Hurt Last Year But, With A Healthy Cavs & A Healthy Goldenstate Team W/ Curry "Showing Up" That's Some GREAT Basketball Watching There!! He Just Had An Amazing Season, Can't WAIT For This Upcoming Season Tho!! #WARRIORS
Came here to say Steph Curry is the second best player in the league. He's my 3rd favorite player to watch and I'm appreciative we have someone else but Lebron to watch be great. Because greatness is rare nowadays. But the unanimous mvp should be the only one to blame for the finals lost. He did not show up when needed. And if you think having Draymond for game 5 would've made a huge difference you're wrong. They had a game 7 at home to close out the series and Bogut wouldn't have made a huge difference either. If the "Small lineup of death" couldn't do anything, Bogut wouldn't either. Lebron (IMO) is the greatest player in the league right now because he always shows up when needed. Curry didn't and that's why they lost. That's all.
I agree it was mostly his fault but at the same time his injury clearly did something. He had no quick first step or acceleration coming off screens he couldn't even take Tristan Thompson off the dribble even tho he abused him in the finals last year. He was never the same after his injury.
Its funny how quick people flip. One of the best single season performances EVER, the best 3 point shooter ever, and we all know the Warriors were the best team last year
Know what I think is AMAZING ? It's amazing that people can hate on one of the best basketball players in the WORLD...and we fans can't do ANY of what Curry does. THAT is amazing to me. I bet not ONE hater out here can check him or STOP him. LeBron ain't the only great player. Just appreciate Curry's greatness and STFU.
respect curry he is great player and I'm not bandwagonscores more points than any one else and hes smart he knows that he cant just muscle his way to the basket like LeBron so he makes it rain
How could anyone sit and watch this guy break records all season (400+ threes in a single season just to give you one), win a championship, become the first unanimous MVP, become the NBA scoring champ go 50-40-90 and still hate on him.
Curry needs to pullup from midrange more. You saw in the OKC and CLE series they KNEW he was always gonna either stepback for three or drive all the way to the cup. No in between with Steph. He'd be literally unguardable if he was less predictable
