I thought there was a few connections to the Dark Tower One was During a toast Charlie says, Long days and pleasant nights, referring to a books his father read to him Also,Woody tells Charlie "go then, there are other worlds than these" maybe your right they are just Allusions

good review man i'm currently reading it and i'm fighting to continue it because it's such a slow moving book now i liked the Mr. Bowditch shit that was well written and well done and vastly different than he normally would do i think, but on where i am Chapter #18 page #319 he still hasn't helped Radar yet i haven't started the chapter yet i took a break from reading. and so far i don't get why it's so loved? for me i am thinking a bot of 60's Doctor Who while i read the Fantasy stuff and that's not a bad thing cause i love 60's Doctor Who.

I loved this novel up until Charlie went into the other world. I DNF this. I'll finish it one day.

I enjoyed this book.

This book reminds me of the talisman. I didn't care for it.🤷🏾‍♀️
