Alex Murdough is a SERIAL KILLER!!!! Remember he killed the housekeeper on her last day on the job. He was afraid she would go to the authorities. He used a baseball bat to her head and pushed down the stairs. Paul and Maggie knew what happened and you can hear Maggie hesitant to answer the question from the 911 dispatcher on the cause of her injuries. When Maggie handed the phone to Paul, the dispatcher asked again, the same question to Paul, and instantly Paul blows up instead saying they need to hurry up. He was very stressed. They were both had to lie to the 911 dispatcher. Both Paul and Maggie were a witness to this crime and when Maggie had, had enough and had moved out of the house, Alex knew he had to silence them both. Besides Paul was always finding his stach of drugs and throwing them away, after Maggie told him to do that. Maggie knew that he was up to something that day Alex insisted she and Paul were invited back to the house after Alex made up an issue about the dogs. But the fact of the matter was that Alex had killed before, this was not his first rodeo, that is why he was so skilled. That is why it came easy for him to kill his wife and son. I know Alex must have killed Hakeem P. who's ventilation machine was shut off. Alex desperately needed some more money, he was at Hakeem's mother's house the next day to file a case against the facility for negligence. But there are other cases out there. Alex was a big time drug smuggler. He bought a marsh island of the coast of South Carolina that had no value at all. The speed boat was used to transport the drugs into the State after they were dropped off by the cartel on that island. How do you think, with billions of dollars poured into drug law enforcement, we have done nothing to address the drug problem in this country? Because we have people in power like Alex Murdough that able to get it in through the eyes of law enforcement. Alex was supplying the coke to a lot of elite folk in that county at the top. Some of these folk maybe aware of his other crimes but because they bought coke from him, they kept quiet. A lot of these rich folk think they are above the rest of us, and they could careless in getting involved in a murder case and they had information on it for any one of us. They are a different breed. I believe this kid was killed the same way, Alex's m.o. A baseball bat to the head. Alex is obsessed with baseball and he even hired a private jet to fly him, the boys and friends to the World series games. He knows how to swing that bat.

It's hard not to speculate that Alex was Stephens "high profile" man-friend. Stephen said that if people knew who it was their heads would basically explode and it would cause all kinds of fallout throughout the county. IF Alex WAS paying Stephen (either directly or for his college expenses) for favors of ...any kind... the divorce, missing money, etc would make a LOT of sense. The amount of money Alex claimed was going to a pill habit doesn't add up... BUT if he was paying for a gay lover's silence... that WOULD. It would also make sense as to WHY Paul was acting out, drinking so much, and being reckless with his dad's boat... so much so that he caused loss of life. I think it would also make sense IF the Murdaugh boys were harassing Stephen (or even chased him down with either a baseball or practice bat) and caused his demise. Perhaps it all happened in a swift fateful encounter, where they didn't mean for it to cause his death specifically, but IF it happened that way, it would fall in line with the rest of what we already know. I think Buster could have been driving past, and Paul could have "done something heinous and dumb" (like he was known to do) such as taking a swing at him with a baseball bat as they were driving past. (Even if only "jokingly" but he made contact at a high rate of speed and it did fatal damage he didn't expect. Alex could have had motivation then and (allegedly) retaliated against Paul by murdering him, and then covering for Buster, his Golden Child. Alex said at the trial that he could promise you one thing, that "whoever murdered Paul HATED HIM." Who else could possibly KNOW that except for the murderer themselves? This whole twisted narrative begins to make sense if one were to fill in these gaps, of IF Alex was sleeping with Stephen, and paying for his silence, and the "little detective" Paul found out "ruined everything" for Alex. Maybe Buster didn't do it directly, but I think he KNOWS waaaaay more than he's telling.

The whole investigation had to start again, thanks to Sandy for never giving up.

Later in the video, it was said that was misinformation. It was never deatroyed and Sled just got it unlocked. They haven't shared the contents but Smith's attorneys said most of his conversations with relationships were done on it.

Jmho, I put my money on Mr. Murdaugh. As a lawyer, he should have known not to take the stand and blab like he did in his criminal case. He totally incriminated himself.
