STEPS TO SUPREMACY 

(9 May 1963) The World Ballroom Championships in London. Competing couples from sixteen countries for the Professional 'Modern' title. Winners were Bill and Bobbie Irvine, already the reigning World Champions. The World Latin-American title was retained by Walter Laird and Lorraine Reynolds. Mr Marples presented the trophies.
