Да это удобство но в какой то момент перестаёшь получать удовольствие от музыки.Сначала думал перестал любить музыку.Но как оказалось всё дело в этих современных технологиях.Прослушал винил и компакт диск и стало всё на свои места.

I bought the same system in 90' . Like a moron, the amp went out so I gave the whole thing to a friend. So stupid. I loved this system. It's such a pretty set up too. The speakers were gorgeous

Достойный звук, я много лет находился в поиске эталона и правильного звука, далее в машине у меня стояли ламповые усилители, но с возрастом я пришел к выводу что погоня за детальностью и реалистичностью это дорога в тупик, основа музыки это чтобы был кайф, чтобы накрывало, это когда перестаешь щёлкать песни и слушаешь все композиции полностью до конца не зависимо от жанра. Ваш вариант звучит кайфово, не знаю конечно какой звук в живую но на Ютубе в хороших наушниках звучит отлично, звук правильный

Not the build quality of the late 70's silver faced gear; but boy these late 80's (early 90's) systems were fun, LOUD and would easily piss off all the neighbors in a 1 block radius. Absolute treasure and keeper when you find them today. This video brought back great memories.

I have a Technics tower from 1987. Still have it 32 years later. 10 band dual channel EQ with mine. The CD player only holds one. Had the same cabinet, but that crapped out with moving many times.

I still have my rack system from 1991. I've made several repairs to it over the years. It still works great. I still use it. I still have my tower speakers. I regret getting rid of the cabinet though. Nothing I find now compares to the original one that came with it shown in this video!

Inherited this system from my dad, added a DAC to bring into the 21st century. Sounds as good as it ever did, which is to say: very good. Made in Japan: everything still works. Looking to add the SH-GE70 Graphic Equalizer and turntable to complete the set.

Ну не то чтобы.. В раше такие шкафы практически не осели, а народец вовсю уже бредил "видиками". У молодых стандартно была мини-китай-магнитола двухкассетная(балалайка). А средний и старший возраст с выпученными глазами искал, где нарыть на жизнь более-менее стабильные тугрики, влезая во всякие авантюры.

Сегодня, когда приходишь в любой крупный магазин электроники создаётся впечатление, что произошла какая-то катастрофа планетарного масштаба и цивилизация оказалась отброшенной в плане качества техники лет на 80 назад - сегодня нет в продаже полноценных ноутбуков (за исключением одного яблока), нет домашних качественных аудиосистем (ни бюджетных, ни дорогих), тот мусор, что стоит под табличкой HI-FI к этому классу акустики никакого отношения вообще не имеет. Больше всего удивляет поведение покупателей, которые берут за 50 тыщев рублей пластмассовую колонку с ручкой для переноски и встроенным усилителем на 30 ват!!! Эта штука в миру теперь называется миди системой (почему миди и почему система ни продавец, ни производитель пояснить не могут - наверное просто название хорошее). Искренне жаль современную молодёжь они больше никогда не услышат настоящие хрустальные брызги тарелок из японских Ямах НС-200. А в зале у них никогда ни будет шелестеть радио Монте Карло из такого вот Техникса. Хочу назад в 90-е!!!

Почему же, есть достойная акустика стоящая конечно больших денег и усилители бредовые конечно так же качественные но всё это стоит денег и не 50тыс а гораздо больше.

Technology is on a different level for sure. The sound from one of these systems is like no other. An ambience sound like being in a studio with acoustic panels. This is a beautiful set up here.

But did technology in the way we now mainly listen to music change for the better ? If I see an 80s /90s hi fi at a recycling/ charity shop I buy it ! Some people actually throw these systems in skips !!

@@steveandrews339 I think music quality is subjective. Modern technology compresses music sounds more than older technology. I think with a good ear and with quality speakers you can hear the difference. The old Juke boxes always had a wonderful sound to me too.

I bought this stack brand new when I returned home form the Navy in 1990. What a great stereo it was. I had the graphic EQ and no turntable. My carousel CD player was up top there and it had a clear plastic dust cover. Now I collect vintage audio gear from the 70's but this was a last gasp of great stereo before the ipods and earbuds took over.

De hecho existen, este año compré un equipo Yamaha con semejantes o mejores características, la tornamesa es Pioneer el tocacintas es Technics y el sintonizador de am fm, está integrado al ampificador, el resultado es excelente y mas si lo comparo con mi anterior equipo Technics que era semejante al que aquí presentan.

I love the Technics SB-A31 speakers, they pretty legend and awesome. I suppose the same speakers that Daikin used at 2017 as I remember correctly. Technics SB-A31 speakers are one of my favorite speakers.

You can find them, this year I bought an almost complete system Yamaha and the funny thing is the cassete player is Technics, cause a friend of mine gifted me five years ago. The turntable is Pioneer and works perfectly :)

@@ernestsync1 I think they meant new systems. Though they don't seem to sell them as sets, I'd imagine manufacturers often have devices that match. Most people probably wouldn't want to spend as much now, as even cheaper systems cost(considering inflation) in the past though. There is a lot of gimmicky stuff though, which gets outdated, unwanted, or don't match other devices pretty quickly.

These do actually sound very nice. Better if you have the EQ to withdraw a little bit of the lower mid region and add a tiny bit of highs. The SU-G50 used the same amp design internally as quite a few amps as they even have the same IC output. The sa-gx505 receiver was a nice touch with identical specs 110-WPC @8 0.05% 20-20k hz or 115@1khz 0.05% with 30dmaping factor. Only that the 505 has 1.2db headroom as the SU-V98 & SU-G50 were used also with these same speakers at 1.1db headroom. And the the 505 also has a better frequency response from 7hz to 70khz. These were used with "these 110-wpc amps/receiver sometimes. Between 89-93 and the g70 had 5 ch surround as well as the gx505 but the 505 was best spectrum analyzer and parametric eq with internal tuner and eq loop tape moniter and 4 ohm capable with potentiomer lit volume control and 25 lbs of power. Very clean and almost no crossover distortion. Great sounding. Some people should hear these. Great.

купить новое можно все(усилители ,проигрыватели сд ,винила,акустику...но кассетные деки..нет! а они стоят дешево почему то пока ещё...но скоро все изменится!!!

Я и не знал, что бывают стойки в цвет с аккустикой. Круто смотрится, даже с учётом бюджетных моделей. Если важен звук тоже, очень хорошо его улучшают дорогие кабели(межблочные и аккустические). Кабели должны стоить примерно 10% от стоимости аппаратуры. Можно конечно и дороже(если на слух слышно улучшение). Спасибо за качественную картинку.

You must not get out much. Good stuff is still being made. It's just not in retail stores anymore. Hell Technics just came out with a system priced at $60k. Vinyl is back. You can buy them at Best buy. Technics also came out with a $4k turntable. You want high end? It's out there. Search RU-vid. Lots of HiFi topic videos with reviews etc. Retail stores just don't exist anymore. But audiophiles are not gone.

@TermsofService I don't think you know what you're talking about. todays studios all record in higher than CD quality and most people don't own good enough equipment to play it back in that quality.

I have the same one with 4 speakers with the darker furniture and remote. Fully functional. How much it worth in pristine condition. I want to sell it. I also have 300 original CD from Colombia and BMG music that go along with.

I have a very similar system to this but with the G70 Integrated Amp, the RS-TR267, GH-E70 EQ added on and SB-A33 speakers. The A31 and A51 speakers do look much better, I have to admit. Would love to find a pair! Everything else is the same. I don't have the matching SL-BD27U Turntable, yet but I'll get it as soon as I find one. And forget about finding the matching cabinet. I'm hoping I find one but I'm not holding my breath. God knows what happened to the MILLIONS of these precious rack stereos from the 80's, 90's and the 2000's. There seems to be only a handful of them in existence these days and that makes me so sad.

A lot of them would have been thrown out, and taken to the rubbish tip. The demand for them exploded since Covid lockdowns and the demand for home systems has made everything more scarce and thus more expensive.

On the back of the amp it has a screw and it says ground how do you ground it in a car stereo system you would just ground it to the frame is there any need to ground a home stereo system I mean it works really good but that amp does get very hot I was thinking a ground rod outside or I could ground it in my panel but that just seems like a lot of work if it's not going to boost the performance I've had it for 4 or 5 years now and most of the time it just stays on so if it was going to burn down it would have already done it cuz I always forget to turn it off when I go to bed
