I see alot of comments asking for update on those who had this done on their faces but not getting responses. Let me be the hero. I had this done a month ago. Ive done alot of research before undergoing as its a bit expensive in the Philippines and quite scary.here you go: Pain level : 2/10. Post operation: 1/10 Improvement: 10/10 - the shallow scars are barely visible now. The deep ones are still there minus the discoloration and are now shallower. I put on concealer on those areas before but now im more confident not putting anything on my face. Friends and relatives have noticed the improvements not just myself. I was told the improvements are permanent and a second session might not be necessary for most patients. I had my scars since the early 2000s and its very liberating to see them starting to disappear. Now, the big one i had caused by chickenpox is still there so i might need to do this one more time. Price is about $300 for the package which included subcision,PRP and TCA cross. Post operation care is just take antibiotics and not wash the face for 3 days. Thats it. I was not even that careful. Very happy i made the decision to do this.
I have depressed scars on my face. Tried subcision + filler, vollift. It doesn't work if your scars are old (1 year +). Don't get your hopes up. After 2 weeks swelling goes away and scars remain the same, I thought I had some improvement but no, just swelling. Also I tried Meso-Wharton Р199. Tried vacuum micro dermabrasion + subscion. Same bullshit. After all that nightmare now I have maybe 10% improvent, not sure. I think I gonna try subcision again, repeatedly. I don't know.

Может быть на ком то сработает, но шанс маленький, да и отзывы на форумах в основном говорят, что не было эффекта, либо стало еще хуже. Да и на ютубе постанова, свет там от лампы повернут, что типа есть результ и т.д. Ну и в России одни наебщики и тупые бабы косметологи с лазерами, которые нихера не разбираются. Задвигают непомерные цены за мизерную работу, которая не эффективна. Это просто жопа. Если есть компетентные лицевые пласт хирурги-дерматологи, либо просто дерматологи по шрамам от акне по России на примете, буду рад.
I will say before having any of them done on your face, you should be building your collagen production... as we age we lose collagen..... get collagen peptides one month before any procedure also make sure you exercise and eat fruits....... before and after..... this will maximize the results.

The filler doesn’t do anything. It just gets pushed out of the way when the scar tissue is re-tethering. Only thing that works is multiple subcision treatments with strong suction after each one. Chinese face cupping devices work the best for suction. Suction started on day 2, 10 min daily, for at least 2 weeks.

@@xmuhmd idk what country you live in but in the US it is far more cost effective to not botch dental or plastic work as there are these things called licenses to practice and law suits. its not just a bunch of no it alls running around fixing peoples mouths for money and saying f it if they mess up.
@@xmuhmd because doing it is their job they don’t just charge you randomly they have the price of the procedures listed and you agree to do it if it’s too high for you then you can go to another doctor/specialist or whatever…

Já fiz quase 10 sessões e na primeira vi um resultado MARAVILHOSO, parecia que eu havia nascido de novo. As cicatrizes não voltam mais, mas é necessário várias sessões. Anyone knows if these attach again after cutting them? What if the filler goes away after six months do these bind together again or remains deattched?
I did subcision and filler in my cheek.. one year later filler is still there. Surgeon said to me that subcision done just once and filler can be topped up when needed
Yes. This is the King of acne scars treatment, SUBCISION. You have to do subcision first or you just wasting your money on other treatments. After at least 2 or 3 subcisions, then you can have TCA cross, dermapen/dermaroller, TCA peel, lastly lasers (lasers work by smoothens the skin texture as finishing treatments). It's such a waste of money to fall into the hype of lasers. I've been there and trust me, dermatologist I met so far just wanted to take my money by suggesting lasers. Save your money and follow my advice. Some people even have improvements only after subcisions and TCA cross which I consider cheap. Never do by yourself though since these two (subcision and TCA cross) are more dangerous compared to TCA peel and dermapen/dermaroller. BTW TCA cross and TCA peel are different in the way they are performed and acid strength. TCA cross is putting 70-100% TCA (very dangerous) on the craters of your scar ONLY. I recommend only let a dermatologist do that if you really love yourself. TCA peel is covering large surface area of your face with 10-15%, some consider up to 20% TCA acid which you can do at home. All in all go for subcision 2 or 3 sessions. If the dermatologist are pushing you for laser, walk away from his/her clinic. He/she doesn't deserve your hard earned money.
@@wisdomelves5838 hi!! i got a combine treatment a week ago( subcision, Laser CO2 and cross). Most of the scars was rolling. After the inflammation subsides, the scars remain. As the months go by, the skin rises or is it already that way? cavities will fill with collagen or does fibrosis re-form? thanks
@@damiancardenuto8502 it will fills slowly, but still like I say, we may need two or three subcision sessions. Don't forget to take collagen supplements while healing as it really helps boost the treatment results.
@@wisdomelves5838 I appreciate your quickly reply. I have 2 weeks after the treatment and I still have bruises under the scars where I had the subcision. Is it normal that it takes so long for the bruises to go away?
There are varying depths at which subcision is done: which is good because scars have to be detached at multiple depths. But it’s all within the superficial dermis.
