Is he is guilty that’s extremely upsetting, but apparently the girl had recanted her story and changed the events of it multiple times. Out of all the wack packers he really seemed like the least likely to do something that that honestly and the fact Steve Langford who was a professional news reporter seemed to also find it to be fishy is concerning.

This was the first glimpse into Kenneth being into young kills before in fact being arrested for stalking underage girls that ultimately led to his death in jail
