The KTM Gemas Railway Station (Stesen Keretapi Gemas) is located in the state of Negeri Sembilan in Malaysia and is the junction for all trains heading to and from Johor Bahru / Singapore in the south.
It is also the station where the current electrified dual tracking ends and the end of the line for the new high-speed Electric Train Services (ETS).
The KTMB Railway Line splits at Gemas with the new electrified North - South Line heading all the way up to the Malaysia Thailand border at Padang Besar and the old Jungle Line (East Coast Line) heading up to Tumpat in the north-east.
South of Gemas the old single track heads to Singapore with Ekspres Selatan Trains (Southern Express) and the Ekspres Rakyat Timuran Intercity Train, stopping at JB Sentral in Johor Bahru, where another Shuttle Train can take you over the Causeway to Woodlands Railway station in Singapore.
