Asking for anything, at a $10 million valuation when you don’t even have $1 million in sales, is ridiculous. She based her valuation on “projections”, which at the end of the day is a literal guess.

One thing about yoga and asana is it should be done on cotton made clothes not in there synthetic clothes which blocks the energy and connect to the nature which is the whole purpose of doing yoga. Learn the concept of yoga first then follow it. India is the origin of yoga and we emphasise on more and more natural things and these nylon based clothing are completely against it.

The technology how does it work that was the simple question the Shark Asked? The only mistake the pitcher did she couldn't understand and acknowledge the question ! And generally, the CEO does not necessarily need to know the technical details of his/her product. So, it can happen that the CEO does not know the technical details of his/her product and the business is not a scam. Simply because the CEO might have recruited an engineer to develop the product for him/her.

They negotiate the percentage and not the amount. She was just asking for too much for what the company was valued at. I don’t think they wanted to invest that amount of money for any percentage of the company
