It's not like you will have this level of addiction right away. I used cocaine a couple of times, mostly when I was drinking, it's an awesome combination, but never had any craving for it.

Also, to reach this low, you've got to have a very addictive personality. And when you have that, you can get hooked on anything. It's not the cocaine.

To the IV user, it is a sense of romance and art. People who like shooting up, LOVE shooting up. It is strong and it is fast. I got addicted to pure 100% pharmaceutical morphine from being hospitalized about a month and being on IV morphine multiple times a day for 20 days, with fentanyl as well. The instant rush, relief, and euphoria is nothing like taking a pill or snorting anything. I abused the drug in pill form, but I never got into needles outside of being in a hospital, but to this day I can still feel that rush in my mind. I know the feeling will never go away. It is nothing comparable.
