You got my attention when you said “I’m getting ready to situation Steve’s body in the middle of the garage…” 😂.

It was Steve's idea on the cooler/battery box. I think it's cool too.

The #1 issue I have had with restoring my 56 is delivery cost, and competence for things that I order! We have a PO Box at the post office, and live in a slightly rural area. I had to literally start using the post office's physical address as my delivery address! And I put the PO Box as the 2nd address. Poor ladies at the post office! ;) And the cost of shipping is crazy!! I have ordered stuff where the shipping cost was higher than the cost of the part. Sad!!

Fuel prices are a big factor in delivery cost. Sadly nothing ever goes down so you know when the price per gallon of gas finally goes back to the $2 range shipping will still be high.

Your 100% right about that. Also I just wanted to share with you the way I've done it in the past I just happened to have a deep well socket that fit the dust cap I was able to pound the cap back on straight. I don't remember how big the socket was but it worked for me. Anyway I need to get back to your video. Thanks for listening to me I appreciate that.

I feel your pain trying to get parts to Australia for my 57

How long on average does it take to get parts from USA to Australia? I should probably not complain because I never thought about out of Country shipping.
