I haven’t been following control line flying in many years. I’m now 59 yrs old. How long has electric control line been around? And do they have and ready to fly kits available? Plz let me know. 😊
Electric shit, not built with your own hands... The aircraft model sport has degraded. It's good if FAI comes to his senses and separates the electric and internal combustion engines into different classes.... At least..
With an attitude like that the sport will certainly die. I fly R/C and C/L, both electric. Transitioned back in 2005 or so and never looked back. On the R/C side, F3A has been almost exclusively electric for the past 10 years, you still see some using YS engines but they are definitely in the minority. F2B has been slower to transition but it is getting there. Believe or not, there is still some thought and planning needed to use electric systems.
