I feel so bad for White, the whole part of me gives me empathy for her. The most villains i see around media are put into two groups: the misunderstood villains and the born to be evil villains. I think that White Diamond goes into the misunderstood category, here's why; when I heard White calling Pink "Starlight" I kinda feel like a mother-like behaviour for White when she interacts with Pink. Maybe that's why White gave our pearl as a way to make Pink so happy no matter what. But when she ripped steven's gem out of his body and discovered that pink diamond is gone forever she must have felt entered the 5 stages of grief (minus Bargaining) , which in this at that time was denial and anger. And when she discovered that she had a flaw this must have put her in depression and finally went to acceptance after leaving her head and curing all of the corrupted gems that she, Yellow and Blue did from long ago. I really feel that the diamonds will be redeemed but it has to take some time for them to cope the fact that Pink Diamond, especially for White. I hope that they can be redeemed for seaseon 6 or maybe even the movie. Edit: Holy cow 349 likes, i really appreciate it you guys so much.

Just staying here but this is a perfect picture about of how some people grieve they'll keep thinking about them I know some people can't move on but they have to think about what's better around them and I know it's hard to lose someonebut you have to remember you have people around you who still care about you can always just lock yourself in one room and never come out because you're grieving we all grieve in different ways and it's okay grieving for a long time but you cannot always grieve forever or you'll lose more people around you

I have a theory that maybe White use to be good but then after she lost pink she become insane from the sadness and turn into a villain

Hopefully something like this happens in "Steven Universe Future"

Am I the one oh one who is thinking about what the pearls do every day, like, when the diamonds aren’t looking? Like, yellow and blue must be together constantly, maybe even motherly towards pink when she was still...well, pink? Like, I honestly think about this in my day to day life.
