His genius needs to be still heard by young people like yourself. I saw Stevie in early eighties one of the best shows I've seen and 70s and 80s and 90s probably seen over 100 shows. Love love Reggae woman. Please please 🙏💕💕
I love this girl's reaction too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Classic! I bet a lot of people think the title of the song is "Always." If you haven't already, please check out the cover of this song by George Michael and Mary J. Blige. They did a nice job. Happy Holidays!
You can hear George Michael and Mary J. Blige sing the Song from the Heart. Mary, Stevie and George are very great Artists and unique in their Music. Greetings from Heidelberg / Germany
@@nadiluvmuzik1284 Either "Always" or "I'll Be Loving You Always" lol. Since he only says "As" at the beginning of some of the lines, it wouldn't make you think that's the song title.
@@dancefloor9032 I agree. I'm a huge fan of all three artists. George loved Stevie and paid tribute to him covering some of his songs as long ago as the late '80s during his "Faith" tour.
I first heard Stevie on record at a friend's house in 1984, at first I thought a woman was singing. Stevie Wonder is a soul of R&B music, to name a few like Marvin Gaye, Luther Vandross, Freddie Jackson and so on. Since I live in Heidelberg and 20,000 US soldiers were stationed in Heidelberg, I came into contact with funk, soul and R&B music as early as 1983. I am one of the former Germans who heard such music at the time. I was often in barracks at weekends to go dancing in African American clubs. This music has accompanied me for most of my life, I thank God that I was allowed to have the experience. Greetings from Heidelberg / Germany
Say thank you to your parents for having you around to listen to great/classic music(ians). React to some Gap Band (yearning for your love) or any Gap Band song.
I'm writing this a year later because you've just done a track-by-track reaction to one of my favorite albums, Steely Dan's KATY LIED. And SONGS IN THE KEY LIFE is indeed a masterpiece although maybe not every song strikes my favorite-bone. I wouldn't recommend that being an introduction to Stevie Wonder. No. Go back to 1973's INNERVISIONS. His previous album had him kicking out his previous management's limitations on him, and that resulting in his first bust-down-the-doors album TALKING BOOK. But I argue that it was INNERVISIONS that made everyone sit up and notice: "So, he's NOT a one-album wonder after all-!" In fact, the 1972 TALKING BOOK, 1973 INNVISIONS, 1974's FULFILLINGNESS' FINAL FINALE and this 1976 KEY OF LIFE should be devoured. You digest those four, and you'll 'know' Stevie. His previous work was a child/young man being taken over and cuty-ified by Motown moneymongers - he's got a LOT of good hits in there, but also a lot of forgettables. He was just a marionette on the strings of others in his youth, and from 1972, he'd thrown off those shackles.
