3 scallions chopped
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayanne powder
1 tsp hot chili powder
2 tbsp. bandanya
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup of brown sugar or 2 tbsp.
1 maggie tomato cube
1 tomato chopped
1 tbsp. fresh minced ginger
1 tbsp. minced garlic
Salt
Black pepper

Then you should say "taanks".....no Trini ever pronounces the "th". Notice she says the gravy is "tiick". Not THick.
