STFC - Hint for January 2024 + Hits & Misses for December 2023! 

Section 31 Faction Store was an A+ but Wave Defense is an epic fail. Lag, game dropping and the hostiles are way too strong. Also, there should be an auto option like armadas. Park your ships and let them work. There’s too much to do in the game.

The battle sim can easily be a way for them to source some officers rotating every week. If the rewards don’t change and reset, there is no reason for me to ever open it again. A shame because it appears like a lot of effort went into it.

While I really like what the Section 31 store can offer, in theory, Wave itself is big miss for my server/at my level. Unless you're in a top alliance with 50+ who are super organized and communicative and all time it out perfectly to have a mega team together... The baddies are too powerful, and the rewards to small. The first few favours were good to nab, with the extra credits from the battle pass (which I was REALLY miffed to see even existed. One is enough. THREE!???? NO!) but the instant jump to tens of thousands of credits needed after tier 1... it's impossible to sustain progress for the Facade, favours, and Sloan, never mind all the rest. Maybe I need to accept it's a 50 or 60+ mechanic ONLY? Well, that's a hard pill for A LOT of players to try swallow. Unless the rewards and/or difficulty get adjusted it will continue to be a thorn in a LOT of people's minds. I don't think anyone in my server has done once since the battle pass for it ended. And during the pass, having to do so many, every day... as you said, it became a chore for many. I'm interested to see if they adjust it in any way for the next one. Loved the Battle Sim! Teehee. The hint though... hmmmm

Good Wave Defense Section 31 faction store Bad The cost of thing in the faction 31 store The way they forced us to do waves everyday The event store, Monaveen limited to 100bps, the only thing for higher ops is rare officers. We need better options, ship skins, projectiles, anything.

As with last months hint, even after the arcfall I fail to see any connection between the hint and what has actually been happening. Unless there is some weird cryptography happening I just don't see it.

That lag is horrible. I've actually lost money because lag kicked me outta the game.

11:20 you’re telling me wave defense is better than freebooters? Hard disagree. 15:00 10 per day IF you can afford that daily (I can’t as an ops 49).

waves is meh tbh as on my server no 1 barely runs it even in my alliance people try avoid it
