Worth mentioning that for Janeway to be able to move on and off the bridge without a timer, you need her Command Centre 50 ability.

great video ! i wanna ask about Spoc Commander skill ( green line ) fist one - i have +40%dmg to hostile - but i dont see different in battle log damage - when i take off him it the same dmg - mb this dmg from basic - and not so much ?

So this is a Base damage increase so is added to all other research you have. At this stage in the game a 40% damage boost will certainly be hidden between the min and max of each weapon

I'm a fan of the Fleet Commanders - I've prioritized their acquisition through the Borg & Incursion Event Stores. They're a much more passive path to research trees with some good swap outs
