God Bless anyone who puts up these 90's shows, commercials etc. from 90's Nickelodeon. No matter how bad my day is going, this makes me remember how lucky I was to have such a wonderful childhood
"Write to me, stick stickly, PO box, 963, New York city, New York State, 10108" "Biggie, biggie, biggie, can't you see? Sometimes your words just hypnotize me"
Man I miss the old Nickelodeon I wish I was a 90's kid and experienced these amazing shows it's better than what we have right now....we need commercials like this something the kids can look forward too every Saturday morning or summer..
Damn. Only the 90's could make an entire generation of kids fall in love with a popsicle stick. Those people making those "I Love the 90s" episodes made the critical mistake of interviewing celebrities of who mostly grew up in the 70s and early 80s. They should have been asking us 90s kids about that decade. We knew where the real gold was!
Memories coming back.. sitting on my grandma's couch after school eating whatever glorious food she made on my tv tray with this on tv... Sun shining outside, not knowing those were the best days of my life..
I love how they were offering a casette player, but though I wanted it and all these prizes like most kids, a cd player would have been epic too. I miss those days. Long live the 1990s. Best decade in human history, or at least as close as some of the world ever got T
The fact that we are all here watching stick Stickly says everything ! 80s babies 90s kids and young teens unite! We will all forever remember the simpler times and the official stick Stickly address
Well, he's a stick, so he probably doesn't feel much of anything. Do you think they even kept the original Stick Stickley, or is he in a landfill somewhere?
Oooh, I remember these. I loved Stick Stickely. I had a popsicle, but because I didn't have the nose or the eyes or anything else, I had to use a red pen. He was my stick friend, and I loved him. :)
Geez! The tsunami of nostalgia that hits me while watching this! I randomly thought of Stickly. Seriously doubted I'd find anything when I searched. What a nice surprise! Being born in 86, I grew up during the 90s and for all of us around that age, he was a big part of our summer vacations. Each day had a marathon of a certain show. They were good shows and you didn't mind watching over and over again. Such a great decade to be a kid!
Stick Stickley got me in trouble back then, Because he would always say simmer down and one day my mom was yelling at me and i told her to simmer down! And yeah..... That wasn't a good idea! But i remember when stick stickley would come on, Summer had officially started! Man i cheerished my childhood and i am soo happy to call myself an 80's baby and a 90's kid and early teens.
Thank you so much for sharing this! Man, it brings back so many memories. I used to spend every summer watching Nick in the Afternoon with Stick Stickely. Great stuff.
God, I remember it all. ;_; The "Dip Stick" jingle randomly runs through my head sometimes. :} I hope they dip him again on TeenNick soon. Videos such as this just make me want to turn back time so badly.

Attack Attack! - Stick Stickly (Official Music Video) Lyrics: You never said that this would be easy So go on live You never said that this would be easy So go on live, woo This is the best part of the message And it only took one We live for what He's worth And that's more than you'll know He died for what He loved And what he loved was you I'll wait for you You know I'll wait for you I'll wait for you You know I'll wait for you You never said that this would be easy So go on live You never said that this would be easy So go on live Bow your head, go on live This is the time to let yourself go Lord, pick me off the ground You never said this would be simple So pull me in and turn around
Ok...3 things just made this video the best ever...kids my age including myself actually digged PRUSA, the background music for the top 10 is "Tumble in the Rough" by STP, and everything about the 90s was so much better than today...miss those days.
Does anyone have a typical Nick in the Afternoon schedule like this? Doug, Salute Your Shorts, Rocko's Modern Life, My Brother and Me, Ren and Stimpy The Angry Beavers, Aaahh! Real Monsters, Doug, Clarissa Explains it All
