Stiffing A Guy, But Good 

The plaintiff says he rented a room from the defendant, but the landlord won’t return the security deposit. He claims the defendant told him it’s because he let the landlord’s dog out. He’s suing to get the money back. The defendant claims the plaintiff was loud and disruptive, and says the other tenants complained about him.
