Mine refuses to come out other side even though arrows are lined up. It goes inside and appears to go around black spool instead of coming out the other side. Have a solution?
@@fun4ustodo thanks for watching and your comment. Try putting it in the other way. I seem to remember one of the trimmers that mattered. Not at home now to look if it was the Stihl or not but worth trying. The other thing I have seen if the line has a curl try straightening the line out as best you can before sliding it in. I removed the black spool and tried to push the line thru the slit on either side of spool and it just refuses to push thru. Using the standard Stihl .80 line. Almost like the channel collapsed.
