STIHL LEAF BLOWER BR320 Loses Power at Full Throttle - FIXED !! 

Today we diagnose and repair a STIHL leaf blower that starts and runs, but gradually loses power and runs poorly at full throttle.
NOTE: I am missing the video footage of the carburetor cleaning and my discovery of the issue, so I have included some stock photos to show what I repaired. I hope the video will still be of help to all who view it.
