Facts. Ever since I’ve switched to the daily candle and one hour time frames catching the Fibonacci retracement at 70 % my trading has taken of, the five minute was killing me. Trying to catch 10 pips with a negative RR. 😂 or even a one-to-one it’s just not sustainable long-term.
I’ve started swing trading and have found a lot more success. It’s only been a few weeks and I’m still collecting data, but it’s so much easier to find high probability trades and you don’t get chopped up so much like you do on the lower time frames. It’s been very nice.
10:40 I fell for that a lot. I eventually found that it’s just a plug for a new video. So I’ve simplified my strategy to the bare bones and it’s way less stressful.
@@oni5909 Most of my trades have hit within a day or too. I’m not super long swing trading, like entering on the daily, but I do like entering on like the 1H and it’s a good balance of swing and intraday. Sometimes price can go right to TP or it can take a couple of days.

take only order blocks which can be scaled from 4h to 15m, only below or under 50% fibo and only the ones that gave the impulse and break of strusture of market structure shift. Thank me later
Appreciate the value in this video man🙏 I was that guy getting chopped UP on the 1m timeframe lol, and got sick of it. Now I'm transitioning to 1h/4h trading and haven't gone live with it yet, but it is much clearer in my backtesting than the LTF. I am backtesting your stratery and so far not have great result but I keep doing it until I completely understand this stratery it so simple but not at it look like - I think I need more time for it, love swing trade because I am about to graduated and get a 9 to 5 job this will the best fit for my time of day
I'm 34yo, 2 years trading experience, and I encourage you to do it! That's the best way to get started... once you consistently profitable and build your capital or prop firm accounts, you can start to discover another strategy and smaller timeframe... Swing trade is the best way to build foundation of patience in the long run... you are still very young than me, and swing trading will put you ahead of them that trying to trade 1m without proper basic skill... Keep grinding!

i trade futures on the 1m and 15sec charts using the htf for my zones and I do the best scalping and found consistency but when I was doing longer term trades I did horrible because I didn't have patience for it, took to long BUT if I was working and had other priorities I would trade on the htf like 1H/4H etc without a doubt your not wrong on that bother man

You should be on the higher time frames 1 day 4hr etc. the lower times frames are really hard to trade it takes a special kind of person. the lower time frames activate parts of your brain that are associated with gambling like it or not. And on top of all of that you should be reading the higher time frames if you are trading the lower time frames and never trade against your higher time frame analysis.
Sir I hope you are doing well, I've been using most of the things you have been using or telling us about here on your channel. I am humbly asking if you can please enlighten me if there is another way that I can use as my confluence to determine the right direction. I use trend points (HH,HL,LL&LH)to determine the direction and they do work but I sometimes get to be on the wrong side of the market. Your response and help will be highly appreciated.
@@motsoanemotsoane9164 Stop overthinking it. You will never been correct 100% of the time. Use a structure marking indicator but stick to higher time frames so there's less noise.
