I used to look at the 4 hour time frame as "taking too long", when in the meantime I could have been more successful at this point in the same amount of time that has passed with the 4 hour more than likely. I left Forex a while back when the prop space was under assault but me thinks it's time to come back for quality of life.
Hi Ara, Excellent Content and simple strategy. Whether we can set alert in trading view for currency pro indicator , if there is BOS printed ? This will help to focus on pairs after BOS alert is initiated.

Found your channel a few days ago. I've been trading on and off for about 5 years. Only recently have I gotten to roughly break even. This way of trading appears to be simple. So, I have a very small account where I trade BTC and I have challenged myself to take it to 1 BTC. I'll be doing vids tracking my journey. We'll see how it goes lol. Thanks for the vids.
Serious question for you... how do you deal with fake bos? This is a stratrgy I used to use a lot before but at one point because of fake bos, and getting taken out was making the approach very invalid... specially if you trade mutiple pairs..., will appreciate ur view on this 🔥
yo ara, im currently on a 5000 dollar prop firm challenge using exclusively your 4 hour strategy on forex pairs. If and hopefully when I pass it it, after how many trades do you reccomend I scale up accounts, and to which size accounts. Thank you so much Ara. This swing trading strategy can be done *over and above* any day trading or the need to trade more often... why not do both???? As you said in the video, it's almost passive, so it can be seen as a seperate 'investment' or passive income that is making money WHILE you trade your other way... Thanks again legend.
While all this is correct, what if the prop firm doesn't allow weekend trade holding, news trading and your swing will spanning over 19 days like you said. Have you factored swap fees as well?
@@macdenitz Most firms have swing account options. And what do you mean have I factored swap fees? This isn't new to me 😅 Swap fees are irrelevant, it's a small cost of doing business.

A tip I find is that if you aim for a 3 RR around the 71% retracement level you almost always get the 3 RR when you win, it rarely reverses. Definitely backtest this to confirm it but it is what I have seen and what I use in my trading.
