these envy x360's are great. sturdy builds, robust internals, and the stylus compatibility for drawing make these machines able to last forever. i'm still rocking mine from 2018. the only downside is that 1080p screen. a higher pixel density would make these, dare i say, "perfect". looking forward to more cool vids dude.
Thanks really appreciate it. Yea the 1080p screen is not high end but at 15 inch 1080p is a great ppi for a laptop. Especially with radeon integrated graphics a lot easier to push esports or older games at 1080p so big plus there

I was able to tweak the display to run a little hotter and more vibrant by using the AMD software. However, since recent Win11 updates it now says the AMD software can't run and is outdated and the HP update won't detect my laptop to update it. I also bought a program called, BOOM 3D and it helped to clear up the audio, using the treble equilizer and I had to max it out in advanced-setting.@@RobsCorner
Edit DEC 1. There was nothing wrong with the HP. Home wifi router was the issue. Tech help did not advise me to check this simplest solution to contact cable company! I got a nice deal of a perfect open box HP Envy and sadly returned. I now have a new HP envy 360 15 direct from HP (which cost more than 2x as much but I have 3 yr service-replacement agreement!) My older PC and desktops working well, but was time to replace laptop of 2015 which will not go past Win 10. ---- NYC NOV 19 2023. Returning it tomorrow. I just looked up online, it is a known issue that is disconnect from wifi. HP advises some changes in wifi adapter and or power settings and or use external device. However, the most I could do was startup and try to get connected. Could not run an update check, then, several time would not even get to that point. Bought today at a Best Buy, a Intel processor model.
You are correct. I new have a new higher spec ENVY 360 I bought from HP directly. All set up. Very nice. My problem was older WIFI in home router wifi which had to be replace with new, from SPECTRUM. As all my devices and new phone worked with my wifi, I did not suspect the wifi was the problem. Geek Squad guy in-store did not think of it either until I went back a second time and did the 'factory' reset there in front of him. Returning and buying OTHER makers laptops retail - and a return, cost me plenty! Due to this, and feature uncertainties due to buying retail I bought 4 laptops in 4 days, and I have an expensive DELL XPS I can't return, and have as a give-away to other family member. @@RobsCorner
Yup it would be cool if all laptops did that to be honest even the non touch ones so you can connect a better keyboard and mouse and game on it without having the laptop keyboard in front of you
HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Business Laptop, 15.6" FHD Touchscreen Display, AMD Ryzen 7 5825U, 64GB RAM, 2TB SSD, Backlit Keyboard, 5MP IR Camera, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, Win 11 Pro, Black, 32GB USB Card Will buy this one soon.. any suggestions or reviews for the same..
I don't have that one, but I did a full review on this laptop with less specs than what you mentioned, so the one you would be getting is more powerful and the one I reviewed was very solid
Should I go with this (16gb ryzen 7 15") or a HP Omen 15 (GTX 1650ti, 16gb, also ryzen 7)? I need portability which the envy has but I also want to play some games like GTA V, which the omen does good but I'm not sure about the envy
The Omen still gives you portability just doesn't turn into a tablet, if you want to be able to game I would go with a laptop with a dedicated GPU. I have not tested the Omen however
@RobsCorner if I had to go with the envy, how capable would it be in gaming on average? Obviously not as good as the omen but the tablet feature does seem good
I haven't tested CS2 yet but I did a video testing 9 different games on this laptop that you could check out. It got 80fps on high in Valorant and 60fps on low settings in F1 2020 so i think it should handle cs2 pretty well.
HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-fh0097nr, Windows 11 Home, 15.6", touch screen, AMD Ryzen™ 7, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, FHD, Nightfall black I'm trying to get that one
I picked up this model about a month ago. The OLED display is awesome. The OLED with HDR almost looks 4k even though it's FHD. Performance has been solid so far too. Very happy with this purchase.
I'll agree with you on the lighting, I think I fixed that if you look at my videos since then. As for the sweater is Tommy Hilfiger cringe designer ? I got it at Costco for $25, I picked up 2 of them lol
Whenever I find somthing on RU-vid I enjoy a lot of the time I watch that video alot more then once and then again I'll show it to someone else. I presume that's why veiws are more then subscribers, I would estimate it off number of likes
That's a loaded question depends on what performance you need ? Do you need it to be a 2 in 1 tablet ? Are you gonna game? Edit videos? Image colour correction? Or just general web browsing and Microsoft office
