Chris is a leading exponent on global community mental health, a social entrepreneur, mentor, trainer in community-based facilitation technique, and regularly speaks at conferences worldwide. Over the last 50 years, his work in mental health and disability have impacted millions of people globally. In 2000 Chris received an MBE from the Queen for his services to disability and development.
He is currently the CEO of The Elders Council for Social Entrepreneurs - amplifying the voices of Elder social entrepreneurs and encouraging them to share their wisdom with the wider ecosystem. He is a Senior Fellow with the Ashoka Fellowship, a recipient of the Skoll Award for Social Entrepreneurship and was selected as a Schwab Foundation Social Entrepreneur for 2014.
Daniel Lobo is an entrepreneur, conscious parent and seeker, His purpose is to unleash creative potential (wisdom, high performance, love) into the world. Towards this end, he works at the intersection of strategy consulting, inner leadership and mental health.
His deep dive into wellbeing began with his diagnosis with having bipolar disorder in 2015. Determined to live a full life, Daniel is ruthless with his self-care to optimize health, and integrates principles of neurobiology, wisdom traditions and conscious leadership into his daily life.
