5 minutes is a powerful pause!
Short pauses have been shown to help your body feel better. In just a few minutes each day, you can give your brain a treat and slip into the stillness within.
Find a comfortable seat (if you can) and begin to settle for a few minutes. Creating space in your mind, settling your body.
These pauses help you to get better sleep at night, process emotions and reduce feelings of stress or overwhelm. I’m creating these short practices to help you take bitesized breaks throughout the day. I’d love to know if they’re helping you…
