Stinger 2024 for Science Olympiad Flight! 

Very impressed with that kid, the plane and most importantly, the whole adult/ child experience. THIS is what teaching was meant to be.

I just love the way the kid are getting a kick out this. It reminds me at even this late age(79) how to be child like in my exuberance and the miracle of flight.

Wow! Stingers really ARE the biz when it comes to primary education in aeromodeling. Fab flyers (an important detail, one feels) too! So great to see Caleb and Paul there proving just how realistic a proposition it is to get the kids involved in flying. PS to my comment, it would be good to point out, in re the boxes, that cardboard is also vastly more sustainable than other materials, a big plus point. ⭐👍

Hello, every time I watch your videos I want to try it out. Are there any kits for these slow flyers.? So, I was wondering if any research has been done to find out if the sound in the indoor facilities effects the planes? I ask because it seemed like the plane reacted to loud talking .the plane appeared to lose its momentum for split sec . Just a observation sound bouncing off the ceiling might effect in a negative way. Ty for your awesome videos.

Hello Josh. I love your videos! I have played around with the stinger and I now that you said that you can make it a bi-plane. I have searched the web for other penny biplanes and looked at Guha Ekambarams video multiple times but I can’t find any clues on how to turn the stinger to a bi plane. I’m mainly having trouble with the wings as they cause too high of a stall no matter how it is positioned. Do you have any insight?

do you think it would be worth it to make the wings slightly longer and shorten the winglets? our team purchased a kit and i noticed that the wings are almost exactly 31cm when they could be much longer (up to 36-37cm if placed diagonally along the 23cm x 32cm face for the measurement box). also, the fuselage could also be made longer, would there be any benefit to that?

Hi Joshua, I have an issue with your stinger kit, when we launch the plane, the plane follows an up and down pattern and stalls preventing the plane from lifting. We adjusted the wind position and weight of the plane. Do you have any tips on how to fix this?
