What’s the rotary tip that you used for outline? Looks amazing!

I have a black frame CZ. If I paint it and then stipple, will the stipple be the black of the frame? Or would I need to paint the stippled part black? Or would it be best to stipple first then cover the stippled parts and then paint the frame? I’m wanting to paint the frame similar to the one you just did and stipple it, but I want the stippling to be black.
