I make this at home a lot,this one is more like pad see yu.if you want a nice all round rice noodle sauce try.2 tablesp of oyster sauce,1 tablespoon of black soy sauce,1 tablespoon of light soy sauce,with dash of white sugar to taste. Black soy is not dark soy,but a black sweeter soy like kechap manis. Enjoy.
I love Pad se ew! Try this also 2 Tbsp oyster sauce, 1 Tbsp soy sauce (Thai brand), ½ tsp fish sauce, ½ tsp Golden Mountain sauce, 2 tsp Thai black soy sauce, dash of sugar also
You can mix soy sauce, fish sauce, black rice vinegar, and oyster sauce. I dont know whether its the same like that guy use, but this is the main ingredients that i use.

Too oily. Should fry & glazed to flavour the Hor fun 1st. If you have good wok skills, your Hor fun can’t look oily, if not enough oil, it will stick to wok,your Hor fun will be broken & mushy. So it’s still your wok skills
