300 gr Pork belly or shoulder
3 Cloves chopped garlic
Bell pepper & capsicum
Green onions
1 tbs Light soy sauce
1 tbs Oyster sauce
1 tbs Chinese rice wine or sake
1 tbs Fermanted soybean paste (Japanese Miso)
80~100 ml Water
1 tsp Potato starch & water mix
