Ingredients:
200~250 gr Pumpkin
80 gr Unsalted butter or vegetable oil
2 Eggs
50 ml Milk
80 gr Sugar
115 gr Cake flour
1.5 tsp Baking powder
Oven at 180°C for 25 minutes then reduce to 170°C and bake for another 15 minutes.
