Hey Terri-Ann, this dish looks amazing. When you were cutting your veggies,you said "I'm not a professional." Yes, you are. If you've been cooking for YEARS like me, you are. If your people had you cooking before 12yrs old, and you can hold it down, then you're a professional. Your recipes, the way you explain the process, the presentation all makes you a pro.♥️
Hi! This recipe looks really good! Im a beginner 13 year old cook and saw this recipe, it seems really good but i suggest making a sauce to add to the noodles so the noodles get sort of that brown amazing color and flavor! A couple days ago i made a sauce which is really easy and good i suggest you try it, i put soy sauce, ketchup or sirracha, sweet soy sauce or oyster sauce. I think honey works as well
Omg love this recipe it reminds me of Singapore noddle dish that l always love to eat at Chinese restaurants. The same type of noodles are use you just need to add curry. 💕
This happens to be one o f my fave Chinese noodles. They call it Singapore chow mei fun, but they add chicken, pork, shrimp, egg, curry and some other vegetables. Glad I can make this myself now
Terri Anne where did you get those prawns from? They look a decent size. Also when I do my shrimp, I put some cornflour in them and it actually tenderises them even more. Was a tip I learnt from a friend 👍💕 I love your recipes x

Looks absolutely delicious!!! Thanks for sharing this!!! Without trying to be rude though, you should consider repositioning your camera so your hand isn’t blocking the camera and constantly trying to refocus.
