Ingredients:
Yau Mak (romaine lettuce) 油麦 - 300g
Red chilli 红辣椒 - 1 pc
Garlic 蒜 - 3 cloves
Fermented bean curd 腐乳 - 3 pcs
Fermended bean curd juice 腐乳汁 - 2 tsp
Sugar 糖 - ¼ tsp
Soy sauce生抽 - 1 tsp
Oil 油 - 2 tbsp
