Tried this today and it’s really yummy! I was a bit sceptical about adding the green onions but I am glad I did! The green onions really enhanced the flavour of the dish! Thank you Cooking Ah Pa!

Hi Cooking Ah Pa,can stainless wok coated with a layer of oil so that it won't stick. I have no experience with stainless wok but It seems like stainless wok looks better for frying. I am considering. What is the brand of your stainless wok in this video. Thanks

Hi Ah Pa...i once did long beans omelette without frying or blanching it first..so it tasted a bit raw. I added curry leaves and chilli padi too..I'm going to try your version..looks gd 😋

Ingredients: Long beans x2 Eggs x2 Ginger (little) Green onions (a palm size portion) 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar Steps: 1. Add oil before wok is hot. Hot wok. 2. Add ginger and fry until aroma. 3. Add long beans and fry a few minutes. 4. Add green onions and fry. 5. Add salt and sugar and some soy sauce and white pepper. Stir fry until almost cook. 6. In another bowl, beat the eggs and add some salt and pepper. Add few water into beaten egg. 7. Add all the things from wok into the bowl containing the beaten egg. Mix well until all beans has beaten. 8. In the wok, clean and add new oil. Adjust to Medium high heat. Add the beans and egg into wok. Let it cook until egg bottom is golden brown. 9. Separate the bean egg into 4 slices. Flip the bean egg. When bottom egg almost golden brown, separate the egg into stir fry. 10. When cooked, serve.
