@@AziizaAbdulmalik6546 Thank you so much for watching and subscribing❤️ I most definitely will make a messy bun video. Right more my hair is in box braids so out might be a while. I also don’t press my hair in the summer because it doesn’t last in florida. I’ll be sure to tag you when the video is out!
@@YOUR-WORD-IS-YOUR-BOND It is so beautiful and elegant. I wish I was there stunting with my hairstyle in the late 70’s. One of my top favorite styles! I wish more ladies wore it but I guess it’s too traditional and it’s all about lace fronts today.
@reneeroxann those lace fronts are wild to me, but to each its own... I've been natural since 1992 after the jheri curl.... Relaxers weren't good for my hair texture because I have 3 different textures of hair... I left those chemicals alone... 🪶🏹🪮🌎🧬
@@YOUR-WORD-IS-YOUR-BOND God bless the ones who need the lace, wigs, and perms. That’s amazing! What is your hair looking like these days how do you like to style it? I feel blessed that I was the only girl from my parents to my aunts kids who never had a perm. I DID damage my hair with the straightener but was able to grow my hair back out to tail bone length in 7 years. I never had a Jheri Curl but I found Lusters SCurl under my parents cabinet (dad had Jheri) and I used that through my growth process.
@reneeroxann young lady, my hair is strong and healthy. Our hair does grow long and beautiful... I love my hair, and my grandchildren hair is long and beautiful. What are you saying? I love the hairstyles that I do to my hair. I know how to style my hair. I was born in the 60s. You know we did our hair in its natural state. We didn't hate our hair! So, I'm still asking, what are you saying?
@@YOUR-WORD-IS-YOUR-BOND Ma’am you must have misunderstood the tone of my comment. Sometimes words get misconstrued over text and through the internet. I wasn’t trying to offend you in any way. I was simply trying to relate to you and understand you. I truly was respectfully asking you “what do you like to do with your hair, how do you wear it and style it these days?” As in do you still where the crown twists today? I was also asking you what are your favorite hairstyles are to wear as of today? I was also sharing my natural hair experience with you and telling you how I got to where I am. I referenced the S Curls moisturize that I used because of my parents because you mentioned the Jheri Curl. I was simply trying to connect with you but somehow my message came across unclear🫤
