I followed your instructions to marinade and cook beef and came out delicious. I use it for banh mi and with vermicelli as well. Also marinated the carrots and dicon your way it came out great too. Thank you.
My husband loves these so I thought I'd try to make it at home and we were not disappointed!! The various layers of flavour are like a taste explosion. I'm planning on making Vietnamese vermicelli with the leftover beef. Thanks for the great recipe!
