Thanks when I assign a reference attitude, my body frame gets stuck to the J2000 inertial frame for good and there's nothing I can to to undo it.

Is there options for implementing control using Python script?

Also what feedback control law?! PID?! Output feedback control?! State feedback control?! And the governing equations are extremely nonlinear. How does STK linearize that?!
