In this video, we take a brand new 2023 Toyota Tundra off-road and see how it compares to a lifted 2023 Tundra with 35-inch tires. The major difference is that tire size allows for much more ground clearance for some obstacles.
If you want to lift your 2022 and newer Toyota Tundra, we offer everything from a spacer lift kit to the best that money can buy. Visit us at our Denver, Colorado location or at runnin4tacos.com/
Give us a call if you have technical questions on weekdays from 8:30 to 4:30 Mountain Time.

Man this vid makes me really appreciate my gladiator rubicon on 37s lol. The front locker and approach angle makes things so much easier. Lifted tundra looks great tho

In order to engage 4 lo on any toyota Including 3rd gen 4runners you need to put it in neutral

35" tires will fit with out any lift

That’s because lift doesn’t clear larger tires. At full stuff it’s the same as stock so you have to cut. They’re over lifting the truck which means they have almost no uptravel. It’s why the modified tundra lost traction so easily

I drive a BASE 2023 Toyota Tundra SR 99% stock, only mod is the front recovery hooks, I plan on wheeling it. Trails like those are challenging for any truck, limited approach and departure angles are a factor for both those trucks, Off Roading is about skill, scanning, identifying and utilizing. Good Video and food for thought, but I wouldn't trade my SR in on a TRD Pro or Off Road to have some gadgets assist me, I prefer back to basic skill driving!

Would you mind sharing where you got the front recovery hooks and if you've been happy with them?

@@mack86523 I posted the link, but think it got deleted, the Company name is AFE, they also make a spacer lift for the Tundra as well. I haven' t used mine yet, but will be in the next few weeks, I plan on a simple 4x4 build, with better tires, skid plates and a front level kit. I will be documenting it all on my YT Channel!

Bone stock means no add ons after purchase not which grade.
@AntonioClaudioMichael
@AntonioClaudioMichael 7 месяцев назад
@@brokenwrench404 you are right on one thing Bone stock means no upgrades before and after it left the dealer lot. Second it does have everything to do with What Package it has Bone stock would be bare bone basic Model no upgrades period From factory. TRD Is a modified Package by factory which would not be bone stock Period..
