Wow, is that really stock? Impressive, it's doing much better trap speed wise than other dragy videos and magazines have it as. Those are like Stage three times.
Thanks for the vid! I have a 2020 EX-L 2.0T, and it scoots. I was going to ask about the paddle shifters, but someone asked it already. Now I know what mine is capable of! 😆
What exactly are your plans for the build? Im currently stage 4 with i guess the only bolt on being a flex fuel kit, so no upgreaded intercooler downpipe or cai im even still on stock exhaust. The only thing i would recommend getting for stage 4 is an upgraded intercooler for when summer rolls around, but I've ironically ran against someone who was fbo stage 4 and we were pretty much door to door every run so its really up to you how much you want to put in it. The guy who convinced me to get the car and stage 4 has ran stage 4 with no bolt ons for about 80k miles with 0 issues so I'll probably do the same just to be budget friendly.
I also have some runs up if you wanna check em out but I really need to invest in tiers I feel like it's almost a must have when your stage 3+ stock tires just spinnn
Currently my plans for the build is just going fast or just making the car faster. Rn my goal is 300whp and that’s pretty easily achievable. I have a few videos I still have to edit and post. But I haven’t been able to because I’ve been working a crazy amount of hours at work. Yes new tired would definitely help with that, I’ve been doing some research into new tires as well! So stay tuned!! 😉
I only use 93 in my accord 2.0T and I feel like I could’ve gone a bit faster if I could launch with no wheel spin at all. But this was my first time ever launching my car
@@cv2rob Your car is not stock! I could not hit such numbers in any stock Accord's. Not in the cold, not in any weather. Only a tuned one trapped the same.
Is yours a sport2.0T? I have one and I also run 93 octain. And a little drop in K&N. Do you get worse quarter?Mile times with traction control off? If I can run a 13.8-13.5 I'll my traction control on. Have you ever tried it the quarter mile that is? With the pedal dance? Just looking for some tips and some Insight from someone that has a 2.0t
Yes this is a Sport 2.0T I haven’t tried it with traction control off but that’s a good question. I have not tried the 1/4 mile with using the paddle shifter yet but maybe I should.
Not the pedal shifters. The petal dance. It turns off. Everything that everything that would hold the engine back. Look it up it's called the petal dance. It seems to me like it is faster. When it's off. Anyhow, thank you for making the video I can't find anybody doing the quarter Mile in the stock to 2.0t Honda Accord.
I see why they left the 2.0t in the accord for the Acuras now. They don't want people getting their hands on it too easily. Kinda sucks but what can you do.
@@cv2rob Tires are probably fine What u can do is check ur weather stripping or add a new soundproof cover for the car carpets: i dont know what its called thats why I called it *carpet*, but in a simple way, its the place where we put our legs when sitting inside the car😂. Other than that. Roads also play a crucial role in this!
