A BIG thank you for the wonderful video on stock inventory systems development. I have been looking for one such as this. This is very useful. However, the "sale entry" accepts items which are unavailable in the purchase list. Under such circumstances, the "stock' table does not show the items entered in the "sales entry" table which were not recorded in the "purchase" table. Hoping to see any options to deal with such case. Yours sincerely

There can be a logical condition applied here. Wherein no new items can be entered in sales entry. Let's see. Il play around and find it.

No doubt it's helpful, but when we have to sell multiple products to a single customer we have to enter details twice and also recorded in two different rows in which it's difficult to calculate total amount of bill in a single row. Looking for your best solution . Thanks in advance.

this is good but not easy... make product add by name rate qty and stock show up by category and the same as sale sheet when we sell product then reduce item from stock and sale rate show with profit... i have make my own sheet large num of product.. sale invoice , dues & proft loss but i learn from this video how to make automatically product added.. thanks

hi Deepak how are you, thank you for your giving us the best knowledge I am from Pakistan, and I have a problem, there are a lot of videos for stock inventory, but I never find Stock inventory for manufacturing units, From raw materials to finish Goods, For example, I have 3 employees I am giving them raw material and they are giving me finish product how can we deduct raw material by finish goods when they give it back, and how to maintain my stock inventory left with my employee and in my warehouse hope you will resolve my issue i am much needed this time

It's amazing but one thing I have seen and that thing is that when put an entry of sale of an items that you haven't purchased before, it works and that items stock should be shown as negative in stock sheet but actually in stock there is nothing show up I think this one thing that you should improve in this sheet Thanks

Nice Video Sir...explained very well. I have a question, the formula what we have apply on column E which says if the sales qty is more than available stock it's says "Stock Not Available" but for new item which is not at all available in available stock for that it's not alerting insted it's simply taking as a sales..could you plz advise how to add the formula which says if new items is selling it should alert the same way how it alerts if we sell more qty.
