i also wanted it, turms is just no good, horrible. i ask my self (on joke), if gaijin gave xc8 for who bought tml, why dont give something decent and remove turms from the game@@sleepy5109
TAM 2C is incredibly good. Stock is atrocious, but worth the grind. It's a sniper style tank, with tons of gadgets. Must have on Sims. Valid even on 11.7 (3rd gen thermals, scouting capability). Not so fast tho for a light tank. And gotta aim sideways for more depression. Very much recommended.
@@thelingeringsoul4301 not really, its really only get atrocious on mabye 9.0/9.3 onward cuz u start meeting ERA and shit and certain thing like cv9030 fin just get literal 30mm a p d s as stock wtf
Been using this baby since she dropped. Aside from the Puma SDKFZ and the Lkpz M41, this is the BEST Light Tank Germany has access to. Amazing Thermals. Great Transmission and Mobility. Good Gun/Turret handling. Wicked Gun with the DM-63. LRF/LWS.
I remember grinding this before it was moved up to 10.0, it's a solid light tank even still good to top tier as a good support vehicle still penning abrams and t80/t90s pretty well
The only problem is that the DM63 it has is hilariously underpowered for what it actually should be. DM63 for the L7 variants of guns should have well over 430 mm of pen, somewhere in between 500 - 600 mm. The rod-penetrator itself, in real life, is longer than the 430 mm supposed penetration in-game. So, this and the TAM's armor is the only real drawbacks.
I have this and it's pretty damn good tbh. Armor is paper sure but it's fast as all hell and the top round is excellent and of course the thermals are amazing.
Do you think you could make videos on the VG.33, P-43, J 22, D.500/501/510, Re.2000/2002, and/or Fokker D.XXI? They're real hidden low tier gems that none of the CCs seem to cover.
If you get hit in the engine sure, otherwise it’s you’re vulnerable to autocannons (apds and apfsds) even from the front It’s better at sniping than brawling IMO
halfway spaded you chose the airstrike capability instead of adjustment of fire. Adjustment of fire makes a surprising difference on any tank, so the test feels a bit off.
I have to say moving from 6.0-6.7 German beasts like Tiger II and Panthers to this type of modern light tank has left me with a steep learning curve. Especially with the nonsensical stock grind. Any tips? What types of maps will these types of vehicles work best on? Any help would be greatly appreciated peeps.
As a back up yes. I have it in my 11.7. It's mostly a back up for the Leopards but depending on the map and match I'll roll it out. I use the drone to look ahead of areas I want to get to. It feels like cheating like I see people coming from miles away. I'll wait and ambush them. Switch back to the drone and move up again. Plus scouting can be a massive help for your team. DM63 is phenomenal as well but it's not DM53 from the 120 by any means so you do have to be very careful with shot placement.
@@Optimusprime56241 It's only 0.7 BR difference, and T-72 benefits from lower profile and much more powerful shell. Altogether, much better option for close and medium range batttles.
@@harryshuman9637 dm63 has more pen than 3bm22 lol and tam 2c is much faster has better gun depression and better reverse speed, if you gonna compare it to a German mbt compare it to the leopard 2k which is almost the same br
@@Optimusprime56241 3BM15 has 440mm of pen, and DM63 has 430mm of pen. Technically 3BM22 has 5mm less than DM63, but then the mass of the shell is also larger than DM63's so post-pen effect is greater.
