Great work! Can you make one for University of Manitoba? I am an international student and want to see the campus of UM, but I can not find a good aerial video.
I think its seasonally affected. I seem to remember that the river has to be free of any floating ice to prevent damage. I had a chance to take my canoe through the locks a few times. The massive wood "doors" remind me of Lord or the rings. The information on the locks can be found on a federal website as that is who runs it. I had the cell number of the lock operator years ago and when you called ahead he gave me the ups and down times. Great footage of the northern lights by the way. Keep up the great work!
