I agree. The only time engine breaking can harm a 2 stroke is when it's not running premix. If the engine get's it's lubrication from a separate tank and is metered and pumped in, it lacks lubrication with a closed throttle. With premix, it get's plenty of lube and engine breaking can be beneficial. I've worked at 2 cycle shops and had my own up until I got married.
i am planning to buy an 200 exc that goes ~80 with fmf exhaust but it has so much torque that you can literally fuck yourself up so badly if you let the clutch too early
Need to get a big bore kit and different sprockets for higher speed for the ysr 50 . or try and get a tzr engine swap so you still have the original parts if you do decide to sell it one day
Ok, so helmets, shorts, flip flops, and tee shirts. You're both on your way to becoming full fledged squids guys. Bad example for other young riders regardless of the speed you're going. I've been riding for over forty years now and I would much rather sweat then bleed. You said yourself "we know it goes faster then fifty" have you seen road rash on someone going that fast? I'm betting you haven't. Look up Brittany Morrow if you need some incentive to wear the right gear.
Ohh god please use the clutch instead of engine braking to a stop also it's a yz 80 (2 stroke racing bike) vs a little Peewee 50 or something was it worth it guys??
