Don't you remember when we were wee lads and all our jackets were cooked in the oven, with all the jackets crispy and thinck? Or build a fire and wrap em in foil a chuch em on. The jacket was always the best bit.

Hi stocky hope you're keeping well. I love a nice crispy jacket potato with butter and then a chicken tikka masala over the top with grated cheese. I'd never had it before but it was very tasty.
Greg, it has to be normal cheese and beans on a jacket potato for me. Can you believe there are some people who don't eat the potato skins? When I make roast potatoes I leave the skins on and they taste so much better. Why not have a go at making a toad in the hole when pretending you are Nigella? 😁👍
Yeah I leave the skins on let’s face it they have just been blasted with the microwave and the air fryer. Also the taste is so much better. So you have a thing for Nigella ?🤣🤣😋😋 me too 👀 👍👍
stocky it's a big thing in Florida we'll the cottage cheese, the beans thing is a total ballgame cos they only eat beans with bbq, when i worked in a restaurant in south Florida an done myself beans on toast they were amazed they have never seen someone eat beans on toast 😂 🌶🔥🇬🇧🔥🌶

What about cooking some homemade soup? I make carrot soup, so easy to do. But of course you could choose what flavour you make. Oh and croutons too !! Cheers xx

Mornin ooowa bit sceptical about the cottage cheese I put BBQ Sauce in me baked beans and stir it in I’m sorry I could not eat the cottage cheese I’d score that 4 till the next one 😊
June it tasted okay to be fair, but obviously nowhere near as good a good mature, grated cheese on the top with Heinz beans. Might give that barbecued sauce a try though getting loads of ideas off here. 😋😋

The place is called RUSTICA, 71 PARK LANE MACCLESFIELD SK11 6TX. We were very impressed not only with the food but the hosts as well. It was well priced and very enjoyable . Cant beat a decent baked potato crispy skin with garlic butter lurpak do a cracking garlic butter grated cheese and beans my favourite. Had it last week on my healthy eating day
