Hi Rino - this was a very spacious house in great condition. It may be out of reach for most people looking for a holiday home even if you were only interested in buying one of the apartments - but at least there is no big renovation required. The second property had a much nicer kitchen and the green mosaic bathroom was "very unique" as they might say in the US! I haven't heard of this town - is it considered to be a more expensive area?
Hi, Steve! Thanks for your usual, well thought comment! There's basically no need to do anything and it's really well built, that's a great advantage. The town is not one of the most popular in Abruzzo, it's definitely not the most expensive area, however it's very well located so this might drive the price up.
