A lot of people don’t trust seatbelts. My sister is one of them, she hydroplaned through a guardrail 30 feet down a hillside, airbags caught on fire, and the seatbelt wouldn’t release, luckily she was able to slide out after a lot of finnesing, but she was hurt permanently from the fire, she no longer wears a seatbelt

@@samlwackson8696 my dad used to deliver news papers in the middle of the country in Texas one night he hit a cow and the cow went over the top of the car and completely crushed the roof level with the hood to this day he says the only reason he survived is because the impact made his body slide down into the footwell of the car, he even had to get out and walk down the road with a broken wrist and broken jaw to call the cops

@@samlwackson8696 Honestly my opinion seatbelts should be a drivers option on whether they wanna wear it or not, plenty of people have been saved bc of the seat belts but there have been about the same amount of people who have survived because they didn't wear on there have been people who have been ejected from cars and lived and would of died if they stayed in the car bc it got crushed there's really no studies that have hard evidence in severe crashes what is better if you look at statistics so Honestly it should be up to your personal preference

We have roads like that in MO and AR, but there are gravel driveways to houses on many of the corners. You come booking around a corner and boom... gravel all over the apex from the last rain that washed out their driveway. This is why a lot of the bikes wreck... it's layer of dirt and rocks that shoot you off the road like marbles. Sigh
